Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

ILANIO offers shipping within the United States, via either UPS or USPS. Due to the limitations of our web store host, we charge the maximum per-item shipping cost up front, and then refund the unused portion of the shipping cost. Typically, it will cost $45 to ship a backpack across the country, and around $20 for deliveries to California. As we don't want any of our limited-edition products to get lost or stolen, we require signature confirmation on all shipments.

International Shipping

International shipping is provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). Due to the limitations of our web store host, we charge the maximum per-item shipping cost up front, and then refund the unused portion of the shipping cost. Typically, it will cost around $100 to ship a backpack overseas. Shipping times range from 6 to 10 days, depending on country. Please note that customs delays also vary from country to country, and can't be predicted. As with domestic shipping, we require signature confirmation on all shipments. We reserve the right to cancel orders to certain countries with a higher incidence of fraud.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not in love with your ILANIO purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Simply contact us via the email link on our home page and we'll send you a return shipping label (US orders only). When we make a mistake on your order, or if the product is defective, we'll pay for return shipping. Otherwise, we'll subtract the cost of return shipping from your refund. Returns must be in new and sellable condition.
